Hey gang..I'm overdue posting this note, but wanted to say I regret missing the reunion. My wife, Joy, dislocated her shoulder just before the event, and could not travel. I opted to do "the right thing" and stay with her rather than go solo. I did check out the photos and videos. Looks like everyone had a great time, and I'm sorry I missed it. I'd love to hear from you folks and you can reach me thru this site's email, or find me on Facebook or Linked In. I'm also on myspace but don't use it much. For those that are still in town, or plan to be back over the holidays, myself, Jay Carter, and Fred Lusby are having a mini-reunion of our HS band, "Valhalla" at Jay's house in Lanexa on Dec 28th...starting sometime in the early afternoon and lasting till whenever. It's low key, and not an official party per se, but a few Bruton folks will no doubt be there (though no all from class of 78). If you are interested, drop me a note. We have not played together since HS (though we've all been playing) so it should be interesting!. Mainly, we're just getting together to have some fun after all these years. In the mean time, hope everyone has a great holiday season and I hope to see you all soon...at the next reunion event, or whenever. Cheers -Rob

Looks like eveyone had a great time. Sorry I could not attend. I herniated a disc in my lower back a couple weeks ago and had to have surgery...getting old. The photos were great to look at. I took a look last night and had Bruton dreams all night long.  Hope you all are doing well.  Keep in touch.    Terry

WOW! What a great time had by all.  Thanks to all of you that made this event happen, it was first class all the way.  I couldn't think of a better way to reunite and see old friends after 30 years.  So many great stories and "tales" floated around all night and at the picnic.  How quickly we forget yet how fast we remember!  Everyone looked great.... it's hard to believe that we are all 30 years older.

Hi everyone This is Mr. Busick, math, physics and computer science teacher at Bruton from 1976 - 1979. I now live in Rockville Maryland and am a software engineer for Northrop Grumman. I develop software for government contracts. I have 2 grown children. My son just graduated from University of Virginia and my daughter just got married and lives in Orlando Florida. hEY YOU ALL!....Why not get that memior box you put on the shelve years ago and take out your 78 year book.....wouldn't it be great to see how and what everyone has been up to these last "few" year looking forward to seeing everyone. Let's not wait to our 50th!!!
